if any american wants to make a Ü, Alt 1 5 4. just hold Alt, then push 1, push 5, push 4. Simple as that!! to make the lower case ü just do Alt 1 2 9 Üüüühh!!!

I always thought it was pronounced as the sound you would make being in one of his vehicles while it was burping. Like the famous pic, "Tea @ 170dB! üüüüüüüüü!" Kinda like a very strained and painful constipation problem I'd imagine. So next time you're on the pot trying to get that turtle head out, you'll know it when you go, "üüüüüüüüü!"
