go to www.termpro.com then click dB drag racing then click on rules, you may need to click on competitor page first but I think it's ont he db drag front page.
· Each subwoofer amplifier is limited to a maximum of 4 “non-bridged” output channels or 2 “bridged” output channels.
· Amplifiers used for non-subwoofer applications will not be counted. provided they are completely disconnected prior to the competition. To completely disconnect an amplifier, the competitor must remove the power fuse to the amp and unplug the input signal connectors (RCA, etc.).
· Subwoofers may not contain more than 2 voice coils per sub.
· Competitors who qualify for the World Finals must move up into either the Super Street or Extreme Divisions the following season. Once a competitor has moved up, they may no longer compete in the Street Division.
I wanna make sure I am reading this correctly... I wanna be in the street class, so if I have 1 12" woofer and 1 (for example)D2 Shredder, I would be ok, correct? Its not by watts?

will the classes change drastically though? All I am worried about is if the classes are ranked on watts or # of amps... I would like for the street class to allow 1 15, but i don't see that happening

classes won't change drastically. There's work on a new 'beginner' class. It will be fine-tuning of the rules (what is and isn't allowed in existing classes, primarily street), according to Wayne. So one 12 with one amp, yes would be street - unless you put the box somewhere that would make it non-street (wall, on the back seat).
