Steve, I am planning on hosting 4-5 single points this year, I am about 45-1hour from Huntsville in Tullahoma TN, I am having problems finding a location because the shop is in the middlke of town and the cityy ordinance is 10ft from the vehicle, I have been working with planning and codes director to allow me to host them @ the shop , but worst case I will move the show to outside city limits @ a park or something. I will be at your show in June and try to be ready and make it to Muscle Sholes May 13th

I hope this doesn't affect the showing at the show but as you may recall, the Springfield 3x show is the same weekend. Hope one doesn't draw people from the other. Good luck to both.

yes, i too was going to comment on the springfield show affecting that one, you may want to push it back a week. There will be a lot of people willing to drive a little farther for the 3x event other than a 1x event.

we understand about the triple pointer in MO, but this is a big event(Sunday) as it is a Whitlee event that draws lots of car show people, so the DB Drag portion wont be hurt that much, also for those of us that cant make these other shows we are glad someone is looking out for us
Thanks David and Gorman for getting these shows, hopefully I can get the shop here to get a membership and we can have weekends with 2 shows during the summer too.

For those that don't know, We will help Steve Cook with his Summer Nationals Show. This is going to be upgraded to a 3X.
As for the shows May, 5th and 6th...
One, like Smitty mentioned, is an Annual event, (Jimmy's Car Stereo) meaning the dates were set a long time back.
We are pleased to be working along side Whitlee, to help pioneer the effort, to help other organizations see the benefit of hosting shows together.
We are also working hard to bring dB Drag Racing into areas where they were lacking in the past.
Hopefully, we will introduce dB Drag Racing to many 1st time competitors, I don't think we will interfere too much with the 3X in Springfield. Montgomery is in the lower half of Alabama.
Ohh Georgia your next. If you live in GA, and would like to see shows in your area, contact me.
One more thing. I have started adding Alabama, and Georgia shows to our event calendar. I put up all SPL events I can find, regardless of organization.
