Are they not allowed?
I see many people with small cars have amps or capacitors under the front seats.
If these amps/capacitors where only connected to the front stage, would it be legal?

What about the subwoofer capacitor instead?

I refer in particular to small 2+2 or seat cars

Also, should the carpeting remain in place in the trunk too?If it is changed (for installation aesthetics or to build a case for the amps) is it out of the rules?Can it be removed(always in the trunk I mean)?

Many people already have amps under the seats.

It is almost imposible to remove seat to remove amp at competition.

2003 rule ''do not interfere normal use'' is much better than restriction infront of B pillar.
