Maybe this has been brought up before but. Why do we have this same problem every year? The rules are changed and everyone sits around and argues about making major changes to the rules. Why don't we improve the ones we have? New ones are made, new loop holes are found and then at the end of the year it all starts over again. Want to make it cheaper to compeate? Quit changing everything. People are sitting waiting for the new rules so they can start building. I don't know about the rest of you but I would rather improve than re-build. Let's plug the holes. And if you were legal last year how about being legal this year? Looking at other organizations they don't do this every year. They started with rules and fixed the ones they have and did not make new ones, unless really needed, so someone could find a way around it. Just my $.02.
