What are your thoughts on measuring every type of sub and going through geometry class to figure it out?

You know someone with a 12" sub with 3" surrounds will whine about their cone being 7" round, and some other guy running a 10" with a thin surround with the same diamater cone.

Too many loopholes.

And you think that is worse than 1-2 subs?

Cmon think about it.

Do it the same as isaca with the conversion charts.

I'm not complaining, I just think it would be more even across the board.
I mean it's not so bad how it is not as we all have the same rules but it could be better IMO.

dB drag was already doing this in a way, with 2-12's or 1-15" or 4 12's, or 2-15's, 1-18

SO what if they complain, heres the deal, if a manufacturer sells a woofer under a certain size, then that is what it is.
