Ok here we are discussing about the rules almost 2 months after finals has ended. We are all waiting to see what we will buy and what we will build. Doesn't it suck. Yes. Well Lets change that perhaps.

Instead of having finals then satrting the next season with the old rules then changing them 1/4 of the way though the season and holding up people.

I propose we do this or something similir.

Start Rule dicusions in july/august a few months before Finals. Thne release the rules at or near finals. This way as soon as finals is finsihed we can start the rebuilding and competing sooner to get high scores and closer competition.

The only problem I forsee is Waynes time. Chaning rules and planning finals at the same time might be alot.

What is everyones thoughts?
