Please only post here if you are competing in extreme or you are an extreme vehicle supporter.
I would like people to feel free to post their ideas about extreme class here without anyone getting mad at the post, please be kind and understanding when reading or posting here.
My rule idea is:
All extreme vehicles must be able to be driven with all panels in place. (No covering up the steering wheel or gas and break pedals)
Exception: If the vehicle has a manual transmission you may cover up the manual shifter when in the lanes.
My reasoning for this is, it will take us back to car audio competition not box on wheels audio competition.

My opinion is: No pedal modifications but removable panels rule should be stay in rules. I don't know how many car in US have modified pedals but all Finish cars have orginals pedals.

I donīt like that idea, okey if the steering wheel canīt be covered. But I think that the gas and break pedals and the manual shifter will be abel to have removable panels.

its a nice concept and my van hits within a few tenths covered or not so its not an issue for me SPL wise but from a safty issue having pedals is very nice.
only cosmetic change it would make in my van is a box with a hole in it. I also leave the panel out when showing the vehicle.
I vote NO mainly on safty and driveability
I would vote YES that when not in the lanes pedals should be exposed.
and I have a removable steering wheel.
