I'm taking a survey. Could all of the street competitors, or people who wish to compete in street please post the following -- you can also do this for some amps laying around that would be used in a subwoofer application:
Amp Model Amp Dimensions (HxWxL) not encluding the mounting tabs or connectors Amp Real World Power Output Amp Retail Price Amp "Street Price" (standard used price if available)
Thanks. Trying to help out for the future of dBDrag.

Not exactly Steve, but that is close. I was trying to get an idea on how close price and size are to the actual power output of an amplifier.
From looking some at Crutchfield, this is what I've found, there are only 4 amps under 350 cubic inches that will do more than 1000 watts of power, and they're all at about 1200. However there are several amps that are over 350 cubic inches that do less than 1000 watts. I was looking at 350 cubic inches as that is just under the size of the D2. If we leave a class that still has the D2 legal to be in it, everyone will have one, end of story. The Zapco 9.0 is a hair over 400 cubic inches. I feel that if we have limits that are higher than 350 or 400, then everyone will still have D2s and 9.0s and it won't change the class whatsoever. It will also limit the ability for others to use large 2500 watt amps from other manufacturers to be competitive with the 9.0 and D2.
The most efficient amps I've found so far, in the watt per cubic inch range are the Memphis 1000D, 9.0, and D2 (and that's using conservative ratings for the 9.0 and D2). Some of the worst -- Rockford, Kicker, Audiobahn, MTX, Alpine -- namely the one's that most consumers have.
Please post more amps dimensions. This is not intended to start a big discussion on the topic, just trying to gather information to make an informed decision.
I am espeically interested in 800-1200 watt amps and their sizes, as well as relatively small powerful amps. Thank you for your help.
