I think the reason the big classes were smaller than smaller ones is because of price, and making another even smaller class will encourage competitors to compete with less equipment. What I am trying to say is its ok to win the small class. But it is way cooler to be in the larger classes and to be able to say that you are the loudest SS vehicle on the planet (Alan) or one of the top 10 SS vehicles or you were First to Break 170 (old mic 01) or you were in the 170 club in SS (old mic 02).

look at Superior Sounds, not alot of equipment, Extreme 1, but they whooped everyones ass at finals???? [Eek!] its okay to use less equipment, you save money and you compete against those in your same class. its about being loud as possible with the equipment you have and the money u want to spend. not about being cool cuz you have to spend 100K on a vehicle or get free equipment as part as a sponsorship.
yeah I know they got alot for free but still, they cleaned up in a SMALL class with not alot of EQUIPMENT, the way I read your post is that its not cool to win unless u win in a big class and spend alot of money??

also, it dont matter what class, look at extreme, it may vary a lil, but install is everything, 1 18 spanked everyone, even if other classes had more power and alot more subs, same can be had in SS, you have to work on install.

the way i see it, you get a smaller class, alot of ppl from isaca 0-260 will come over and other ppl who don't wanna give up an arm and a leg to compete will be able to do a SS car for a reasonable price and it will be based on install not the amount of money you spend and the equipment.

DB Drag Racing needs to come back down to earth, its getting out of hand, you need a bank roll like Bill gates to even think about going to finals. it shouldn't be that way at all.

Like I said before, I think that it would be a great class. I think this class would be good for pulling people from IASCA as well as being 1 of the lagest classes in DB DRAG. It would be as competitive as any ather class in DB DRAG and create more excitement.

here is my vote. i think that we should start a class for the cry babies. yea its cool to start another class but the only reason to start that other class is because of money. yea its cheaper. but if you dont have the money then go to a smaller class or work on the install. to me its all on the install and the equipment not the money. if it were up to me i would do a smaller class. this way the people that dont have the money can get into the sport. so my vote is NO.
if you cant hang wit the big dogs keep it on the tailer.
