Hey all, this is Tom Lingard who won the amateur class. This really is a fun format and I suggest to anyone if they are offering this at a show you go to try it. In this you dont have to be the loudest, it benefits you more if your system plays lower frequencies, heck you can do a 155 at 50hz but you get more points doing a 150 at 40hz I hope to compete in this format again

Welcome to the Forum Tom! Good to have you here and I promise Psyclone will get better and better as more people see how revolutionary it is.

As loud as Clays system scored(156.8dB) Marks System which scored (131.9dB) he was within 19 points and thats closer than most know! So you have a pure SQ vehicle neck and neck with a Pure SPL low tuned beast in this format. I think its gonna get ALOT more interesting as everyone tweeks for this format.

Hey Don, thanx for welcoming me into the DBDRAG world, being a USACi guy it was fun to do this at finals. I don't have the loudest vehicle in the world but this format gave me a chance to be competitive and like you said SQ guys and SPL guys play on a level playing field. I will definately try to make it to Cali shows if this format is availiable. Just curious, Wayne posted this was a triple point event at finals, if I join DBDRAG do these points count towards next years finals?

That would be a question for Wayne. Its probably best to wait and see where the points go when he is finished with the leaderboard for Psyclone.

Typically points from WF count for the next season.
Tom glad you tried the Psyclone format at finals, I believe we will be offering the format at our Socal shows.
