depends how ur getting 6k to it. If your running 6k with a street style setup ull never actually get that much power from a 6k amp so there are a ton of woofers that will take it.

if you have a larger 12 or 16 volt bank and a low enough rise to get 6k real watts then theres quite a few woofers that should take it for burps.

APXX
TSS
99z
9500 e, f or G motors maybe the D even.

BTL
DC level 4 xl or level 5
the list goes on

I disagree totally

If I was selling a motor I'd be trying to get that out of a high end sub...throw a recone in and you've got a 350 dollar brand new sub.

I'd never sell a motor for just 100 bucks, you'd end up with 200 dollars in a high end driver which would be a deal for the buyer!

You could try calling up Steve Cook though...he has a couple of DD C motors laying in the back room [Wink]

not arguing try to get as much as you can for it but it's like taking a motor out of a truck ur not gonna get half the value of the truck. when parts in out prices drop...

he already found out he can get a motor as good or better than a 9500 NEW for less than $250.

I know you said you wanted a 3" coil but you could always scoop up a 4hp motor. I don't know if your going to get all that power to them, but they can take a colossus II ballz out and laugh at it.

I have a couple of 3hp's laying around with some of the most ridiculous coils ever in them. I believe Stephen Ponte had them wound for all the people smoking coils. I'll see if I can find Us3's pics of the coil he hooked to the wall and let bake. It turn black after a while but it still worked afterwords.
