Help! 2000 toyota avalon Static(ground) noise with the ign on and winning noise (altenator) with the car started.JVC after market radio with the factory amp,and Scosche-Amplifier Interface-TA03B using factoring groung and an altenate 12 gauge wire to groung the radio and the exterior, the interface,and the factory amp wires in the harness.

use groundloop isolators/noise filters. This is a common problem on Toyota/Lexus amplified systems when adding an aftermarket radio

if you look further around behind the radio in that avalon, you may even be able to find another set of radio plugs,,,which bypasses the factory amp. I know I've found the plugs before in an avalon around that year. very easy to find too, if you know what to look for. it's just a set of a 1761 harness
