On my 2005 350Z base model stereo project, I plan to use the radio output wires to the rear factory speakers to power my soon to be delivered DD woofers.

What do I buy to convert the voltage from the factory head unit speaker wires to a line level input for the JBL amps I'm using?

I would suggest the SNI-45/T by PAC Audio. It's a 2ch line-out converter, with signal sensing to create a remote turn-on lead for the amp. It also delays this output one second to help avoid turn-on pops. much easier than trying to find an accesory wire

x2 on the PAC piece. They are probably the best when it comes to factory integration pieces.

we used to carry peripheral, but now Peripheral(Aamp/Stinger) and PAC are combining, and just using PAC part numbers

This is true. We used peripheral as well but I remember the two combining.
