Forget all of that. At this point, it's better to take a small loss then a major one.
Here's what your looking at: 1. You will file a police report. 2. He may get arrested. 3. He'll make the bond and wait for his court date which could be delayed for months. 4. He'll probably get it down to probation if he doesn't have a record. 5. If he has any money, it'll go to the bailbond, a lawyer and to a court clerk for fees. 6. The case gets diposed of, maybe he will be sucessfull in completing probation, or violate it and finish his bid locked up and you still have no subs and no money. The end.

Justin, you have embarassed yourself enough in this thread. You took the kid for a ride for 3 months. Thats long enough. Be a man and go pay for the recones. Follow through with your responsibilities.

you want to give him a refund because you cant afford to pay for the recones and shipping.
and to top it off you sold subs that didnt belong to you in the first place.

IF justin actually sends it.
but, i can go back a page or two and see where justin complains about not having any money.
so i dont see how he's gona send you money that he doesnt have.
just like he never sent you subs that he hasnt paid for.

The more I think about it I guess ive really been an asshole through it all.
I couldn't imagine what I'd do if I was out cash that long.
I'm totally in the wrong and I dunno why I got so defensive and tried to flip it around.
I talked to the contractor of the apartments and he's agreed to help me out with an advance that hopefully he can give me in the morning.
I know ive had a ****ty attitude through it all but most of you guys know thats not how I am.
I'm going to make it right in the morning.
And nice/chad. Both of you guys know if we went to court and he said he had declined multiple attempts of a refund. They would tell him to take his money back
But I know he wants woofers and I'm gonna take care of him

Say you order 1000 dollars worth of anal lube.
for 3 months you don't hear anything, then you find out they are out of your anal lube.

Listen junkie, (I tried to be nice guys), that example would be handled in a Civil Court. This crime you commited here would be handled in a CRIMINAL COURT. If you don't think I know what I'm taling about, scroll back to the part where he was told to file a complaint at his local PD. Now personally, I know you have no intention of paying him, so why don't you order some of that anal lube for your stay in the local lock up. You'll be washing your cellie's underwear in less then a week, sweetie.

Dude...the minute something got said about police I called my lawyer...i'm not an idiot.
If you've offered a refund and they've refused...then thats there own fault. Did you know that anything sold over the internet does not have a set timeline that is outlined as a "timely manner"?
So a timely manner could be 6 months.
Its just funny people i've never met are the ones chiming in
And you can call me a junkie if you want...i'm clean now...and if you've never been on it then you have no clue what goes through your head when your doing it...

this whole ordeal has gone on way longer than it should have in the first place.
it would personally make me happy to see some closure that benefits both parties.
