it was in the middle though. his exact words were get the ipod out when you get a chance. so it sat around for two days, eventually escaped my mind. then we started talkin about the subs, so i sent him that MO right away. he shouldnt have started a new transaction if the last one was complete to him. he stated before he felt as though that transaction was done, why would he start a new one.
yea i still have it, but i have plenty of refs all positive, and he has just a whole bunch of people upset at him for not shipping anything.
i ship my products out within 4 days, at the latest. now i have the ipod and i dont want to send it out til i get my subs, and all my refs can gurantee he gets the ipod and i may never get the subs. ask navi, we just did an 1100 dollar deal and we spoke frequently everyday. makes it go so much more smooth. now the freight truck is on the way to his house right now. he knows it and hes going to tell me when they come pick up my batteries. just easier to deal with people who talk.

I understand you want your subs. I also want my iPod. The way I feel about all of it right now is you've only paid 700 dollars for a maxximus. You were supposed to send it out the same time as the money order which was months ago. Your being a little hypocritical about everything. And the reason I checked the post yesterday is I got a call about it. We have laptops in our vans

ok heres a good option. you valued the ipod at 150!! i have that convo still. i paid you 900 on the maxximus, plus the ipod u valued at 150. have all these convos as well.
once i have confirmation from nick that the motors are at his shop and he has the money for the recones, and you have a MO out to me for 225, then ill ship your ipod right away.

haha thanks for the support. he valued the ipod at 150, as that was how much i was selling it for at the time. he got the maxximus at team pricing also not like his life savings went to it. yea he gave me a "good deal" on both but i wouldnt have boughten the sub had i known it would have taken this long. maxximus came in a week. when i frst sent money for subs it was on a monday. he said subs would be shipped that friday. over two months ago.
o well i just contacted the russellville police, but i have to contact my department first and have them fax stuff over to russellville. talkin to my department now.
and so u know im not lying. he asked for the street address i gave it to him. and he said o yea thats in the city. and he a hillbilly tint to his voice. but the fax should be sent soon. only a matter of time.

FYI, YOUR local police has as much jurisdiction as Russelville has. The money was sent from your location, correct?
If they do not take action, go to the Sergeant, Lt, Captain, or higher to get action taken. If all else fails talk to your district attorney to get results.
We pursue out of state people all the time, especially internet scammers. I guarantee 'fugitive from justice' warrants will get your money/ product/ etc. shipped.

so. Should I have called the pd when I never recieved the rest of my payment? And to be honest. I shipped him one woofer forever ago. I have proof I shipped it to him. If push came to shove I'd just say that i shipped him 2 speakers in that one box and he already recieved his products. But then again I'm not out to rip anyone off

but the PD already knows the whole story. 4 speakers and i told them i received one already. i told them 900 dollars, not 1200. i havent had anything faxed yet.
they know its 4 subs, so how would they think i received my product, if you said 2 was as many as i got.you reminded me of the ipod then you left it alone. i remind you of my 1200 dollars worth of gear. and that first sub you shipped out about 3 weeks after i sent you the MO and thats still not a timely manner to ship a product.
did you go to IA today or not and did u drop off the 405 for recones as well? you still know thats not the rest as you were going to send me 225 in a MO. like im out to rip anyone off. the case isnt closed just cause u dropped them off. they need to be shipped to me and i need the MO for that. and theres no point in dropping them off if you didnt pay for the recones.

Im just saying. If I told them I already shipped them. Or if I told them I never recieved the money order or that you had paid for 2 and was trying to blackmail me for four what do you think would happen? I'm just saying if I wasn't who I am I could get out of it all real easy. but of all the times I've sold products I've never ripped off anyone.
You guys can put it however you want. Fact is its been 4 months and I never recieved full payment on a maxximus. He can get over it taking me awhile. I offered him a refund before and he sad he'd weather wait on subs.
