All apologies aside which many recognize was the right thing to do......
where's my refund? you're here on termpro constantly, but unable to return any texts/calls from me....hell i've even talked to your mother on a few occassions explaining to her that you owe me money and i'd like you to call me.....still no calls. ive had better contact with your mother than i have you. and even then im not even sure if she's relaying the msg to you that you need to stop ****ing around.
last i heard from you the refund was allegedly sent out last tuesday, overnighted and garunteed by thursday. nothing came, i spoke to you mother on friday and she told me that you aparently got the money out that same friday.....now it's tuesday of the following week and STILL NOTHING.
i have bills to pay, and it doesnt help when i have an accounts recieveable with you in debt to me for $430, and haveing owed me this for months now. get your **** together and send me my money back so i can stop harassing your family. you're mom isnt going to refund me.
i filed a claim with paypal, they could only recover $1.36 from your account. im screwed unless you (god forbid) do the right thing and send me my money which you've taken from me 3 months ago

this week i'm going to try and get in touch with the russellville PD and see if there's anything that can be done. Under normal circumstances it's something they wouldnt get involved with....but seeing as how justing admitted to not only blowing LOTS of other peoples money on blow, AND admitted on this thread to spening MY refund on "obligations"....maybe the PD will cut me a break and look into this.
once again, no contact from justin, he doesnt answer any my calls. in incredible how much BS this whole thing is....

they will probably look into it, but it all depends how busy they are (how big of a town you live in and how lucky you are with getting someone who cares)
when they broke into my house the cops didnt even want to take the police report of the things that where stolen, we told them we had to turn it in for insurance reasons and then he took it but he said straight out we are not gonna do anything about the stolen stuff.
when they tried to break in again the cops said no crime here we got better things to do.....now justin if you are really hurting for money why not let the guy know? it isnt that hard just to call him back and tell him straight out "hey im broke bro cut me some slack and if you can send him $50 or so and tell him every chance you get you will send him some money.
Justin remember karma, it happens when you least expect it. **** when I was broke I know I could manage to squeeze out $50 every other week If I owed money and that was when I wasnt even working and only my girl was...
To bad you dont live closer to me justin I am looking for part time help quick 200-300 a week for very little work.

yea when i called the russellville PD they told me you need to file a claim with your local PD and then they fax it over to the russellville PD. thats coming from the guy from the russellville PD, same person i talked to youre going to talk to. make sure you make it sound good.

first one was sent to the wrong addy as i moved. i told the front office of my former place of living to keep and eye out for a very import letter for me from alabama. No such letter ever came.
I was never even informed of a second letter. That alleged second MO/letter never showed up at the 2nd address which i was staying at (i'm now currently at a 3rd and final address, last place was just for 2 months while i found a new place to live). 2nd alleged money order never came.
Justin, I want you to send me the #'s of those money orders, since i have a hard time believing they even exist.
Aparently his family wants to sue me for calling thier house and "harassing them". I'd love for them to get cops involved, pay money to take me to court, then have the judge see the paper trail of justin oweing me about $400 along with his shady track record of cocain use, and then laugh at the thorntons for wasting the systems time. Granted i'd probly have to make a drive or flight up to alabama, but i have friends in atlanta so i could just make a nice trip out of it.
Again, why hasnt justin made ANY attempt to any sort of contact with me in the last 2 months? I've bombarded his house,cell, and relatives cells trying to mearly get in contact with him, but he's avoided me at every juncture. extremely shady
I'm going to let another week pass and if i still havent heard from justin i'm going to go online to the orange county S.O. site and file a police report, then have it faxed to russellville. I have no faith in justin anymore, if he had any bit of decency in him, he would have let me know of a "2nd money order", or even better yet, call me considering i blow up his phone on a daily basis...
