Ok, without re-reading this whole post and taking a chance of sounding like an idiot, correct me if I'm wrong.....you were asked a few times on here if everything was taken care of and your response was yes. I believe the kickback money was even brought up at one point and you guys both said everything was taken care of.....so I'm confused about the issue now.

The only thing I will say is if you never intended to give it you shouldnt of ever mentioned it.
You set the price for the product you sold regardless of how good of a deal it was. You knew how much you sold them to him for when you told him about the kickback so you shouldnt have offered it if thats the way you feel.
To me $75 bucks aint enough to worry about, but if its part of an agreed upon deal then the fact is you arent coming through on your end Justin. Regardless of how much money you lost in the transaction, regardless of how good a deal you gave him on previous equipment none of that plays into this transaction.
Cough up the $75 and wipe your hands of it, I mean lets be honest you are talking about how much you pissed away on this already what $75 more gonna hurt. Besides its the right thing to do if you agreed upon it in the first place.
Ps. your bitch ass gonna get alot of texts next time im drunk as payback.

Dude I gave nick the money to send this guy. He was supposed to put it in with the woofers.
I know the check came back on him BUT the woofers shipped before the check came back.
If nick will put that toward what I owe HIM, then I'll get some more cash out no problem.
Right now, I really don't even have 75 bucks. Everything I get in is going right back out to get my ass out of debt.
And I never promised him anything, He was blowing up my phone sending me 100 text messages a day and I might have said something a long those lines to get him to stop
BUT honestly I should keep the 75 since I don't have unlimited text messages and put that towards my phone bill lol

Justin if it was given to nick in a check and the check bounced then it is still your responsibility to make sure this transaction ends in completion.
we have still not heard from Nick on whether you have taken care of your obligations to him or not.

i emailed nick and weve been talking and he said last time the check cleared the bank took its sweet time to let him know, so hes making sure this one goes through. he said he should have something for me in about a week if all goes good.
