At least you weren't on meth Justin, I hope anyways. You'd probably be even worse off.

I started building your subs before we left to go to Daytona, but didn't finish because we were in a hurry to get gone. They will be finished up soon. Don't worry!

I can see how that would make total sense Doesn't everyone else
they aren't being held hostage, Basically I sold the woofers to buy another 4 8balls of blow.
Well...then I went broke and hit rock bottom. And I'm getting everything situated.
The subs are at nicks getting reconed.
My whole point over the ipod was he did the exact same thing to me with a product...value doesn't matter wheter its a dollar or 10,000 dollars...its the exact same situation....he's had a product of mine and never shipped it out.
And I offered this guy a refund + some awhile back and he didn't want it at that time, would have been alot easier just to send him a paypal and been out from under it, but thats not what he wanted to do so I'm trying to get everything done now.
To be honest...I lost money on the subs in the long run, I'm gonna be neg 700 or so in them, which is why I just wanted to give dude a refund and been finished with it all...so excuse me if I'm not in a super rush to flush 2 grand down the toliet
Although I can slightly see where you are coming from on the loss. But when you sale items when in need a lot of times you have to take a loss on them. Sounds like you just wanted to use his money temp. and now want to give the money back since you have it now. I know what you see. Hey I have his money back I only needed the cash for that moment in my down moment(but it is YOUR down moment) and now I want to give it back to him.....Problem is.... Basically he gave you a loan if you give him the money back at this point( and dont' say you would be doing it for him, you stated it is because you don't want to take the loss (which is fine) But since he gave you a loan you should offer a 50 percent finance charge which I would think would be more than fair. You didn't even ask if you could make it a loan. and now you are trying to say you don't want to take the loss on the subs from your rock bottom time(which again is fine) but you should be more than willing to pay a substantial interests fee for the run around and for not asking for a loan. If you would have went to a bank. You would have to have good credit, do back ground checks and notify it was a personal loan you were asking for... And you still prob would have been charged 20 percent.... Think about that before you say you are taking a loss. Because you need to chalk it up to what everybody else does when they need cash fast(loss on a sale with no way to go back) or you took a loan and you need to pay interests
