there is no way around this, and no second side to this story, youve had 1200 dollars of mine for 2 months with riddled lies, and excuses. can someone help me out here, or maybe hell answer since hes banned from other sites. he has three DP motors he was supposed to recone that i bought jan 12. said he turned in an order, just told me a week ago he never did, i waited two months for nothing. who else has that kind of patience. says hell take the motors to IA himself, since theyre 20 mins away from him. hell pay for recones and hell send me a MO for some kickback money of being patient for two months and some money so i can pay for shipping. still hasnt done so and will not respond to ANYTHING. as usual. some who can help me out? cash can be involved if someone can go to this lazy asses houses and take my **** to IA and get the money for recones, shipping and my kickback, a total of 635, and he knows all of what he owes me for and said it was fair. someone has to know something and he hasnt talked to me since monday. you know what he said on monday. finishing up the papers at the dealrship and thats it, nothing else after that. anyone?

To be 100% honest...I've sold him a HUGE amp for a great price + an ipod.
I never recieved the ipod...so the way I see it...I've been waiting on a 300 dollar IPOD for about 4/5 months now
And the 250 text messages you are sending isn't helping the situation man...just pisses me off to be in church or at work and have my phone vibrate for 20 minutes.
You are going to get your products... I said I would get them to nick...unfortunately I havn't had time...some people work and can't get an hour and a half to do anything.
I offered your money back via paypal last week and you said you wanted woofers, you're gonna get the subs, i just have to find time to get up there to him.

Justin if you sold the man some woofers and took his money. There is no reason what so ever you can use the excuse of not having time.
Obviously you knew if you sold the subs you would have to ship them out to who ever bought them. that means make some time.

nick is 45 minutes away from me.
I took a loss selling these subs, which I shouldn't have done in the first place, just because I was trying to help this guy.
I offered dude his money back if he didn't want to wait.
Honestly Terry, I'm not in a big rush to ship them partially because I feel like he hasn't paid off his maxximus that I sold to him. I wasn't on the forum a month later raising hell and sending 238 text messages to his phone because I wasn't paid off.
We are doing a 100k dollar job right now, and its just 3 people working...me dad and my brother...so yeah its hard to take off and leave them doing the apartments by themselves.

what does a previous deal have anything to do with you having the mans money for 2 months and not at least keeping in contact with him.

you know me man, i'm not out to screw anybody over.
I live a super hectic life that requires 99% of my time be working.
I also got involved in some stuff about 4 months ago that I shouldn't have been involved with that I ended up wasting about 15 grand on and selling a lot of things I shouldn't have sold.
I'm trying to get my life sorted back out and to be pretty honest I'm having a hard time with everything because I'm in debt way over my head.
You guys don't know what its like to not have money to finish up a previous deal, or to owe some messed up people a lot of money.
Thats why I havn't been keeping in contact with him...I've been busting ass at the apartment complex to finish up the job to at least the point where we get another payment on it.
The situation i'm in I can't ask anyone for help because I don't want to tell my family what I wasted all my money on.
Not looking for sympathy, just telling the situation in a blunt and honest way.
