actually with regards to my situation when he did stand up for himself and claim he had shipped the batteries by a certain date I immediately proved him wrong with PMs sent to me after that date with him saying hes sorry the batts havent been shipped yet etc etc

Kent also claims to have all his full proof of shipping now but refuses to scan it and email it to me or post it anywhere. He says hes saving it for court after I come all the way down there to charge him.
He also claims he only owes one person in all of dbdrag money and is "working on paying him right now". So im not sure who that is but atleast theres hope for someone to get money out of him without having to take legal action.

This is non-biased and good advice for anyone with this issue.
Pay an attorney a few hundred bucks to serve the accused with "Discovery" papers..... the first Interoggatory Questions the accused will have to answer and present copies of all proof held in paperwork.
If accused has proof, wash hands of a few hundreds more bucks.... If not, then sue.
But do it properly with an attorney so you dont get a possible surprise at court. Know what is before you....thats why there are attorneys and legal methods.... Accused has to present proof before actual "Suit" by using this course of action.
If you do it "good ole boy style", with going straight to small claims, you risk your court costs and accused costs as well if you get a unwanted surprise with the cards the accused might be holding.
