using 1 american bass 150.1 97 cherokee

have 2 xo 15"s thinking of going to 4 dx 15"s

or 4 xo 15"s

would this amp run 4 xo15"s daily @ .5 ohm?

or should i stick with the 4 dx single coil subs...

using small sealed enclosure for space reasons.

any advice is appreciated. GA LOAN!!! hey buddy.

ps this is my work beater, not a bassrace vehicle.

ALSO needing to know since i like sealed box sound at ALL frequencies not just a couple. are there any ported enclosure designs that would net me a substantial increase in output without a sacrifice in the range and quality of my low end setup. ??????? any help is much appreciated

I really love all of the American Bass stuff. If you run the xo's I would stick with sealed .. But, if you can used the space .. do the DX's and port it!! The added output would be worth it.

Yea the DX are serious woofers for the price man! id def do the 4 15" DX's ported these woofers seemed to love 3.3 cubes so id do 12.5-13 cubes for all 4 15's ported. and tuned around 33hz. and 120-160sqin of port. and you would be fine!

the 4 dx's hit harder. way harder. but the frequency at which they do well at is up a good 30 hz from the xo's. same enclosure. i like it though. if i tried a larger sealed enclosure would it go lower?

it would help out but honestly the DX woofer Isnt so Grate on the LOW end. these woofers shine in the 40+hz Region.
