I did some experimenting today and sat in the passenger seat in my car. Why is it SO much quieter than the driver's side?
Is it because my head is by the port all the time? Cause it doesn't seem like **** in the passenger seat. It sounds better (can't hear the driver's side door shake) but seems like it would be an embarassment on the Termlab.

Its the design for spl. It seems that way because of the way the ouput is to be directed more towards the passengers side, ie at the dash windshield. if you put the port on the top, middle or bottom you would notice a difference in both passengers and drivers side. they would be more equal. I am sure someone will come on here and tell you in more detail what is happeneing.

So, you are experienceing phase issues between the subs and port.
Sit on the passenger side again and put your head up on the dash, It should be louder.
After comparing some other songs the difference isn't as drastic as it seemed before, but there is one. Putting my head closer to the dash it does get louder, also between both lines of subs, there is a difference in output as well. It hurts in the driver's seat.

I gues the first question is, are you using this as a ground pounder, or strict SPL competition.
If for SPL, the push all those subs as close to the passenger side as possible and open up that port and round out the edges. No hard corners in the port or behind the subs.
I gained almost 2 dB when I rounded all of my corners in my wall.

This is strictly for daily/ground pounding. How much bigger should I go for with the port? If I went up to 250-300" of port then that's going to kill my box size because of the displacement. This box that's in there now was a comprimise of everything that still seemed okay to me. I don't really want to tune above 35hz.
As for more power, maybe in a couple months I'll be trying to pick up a Goliath and some extra batts. Just don't have that much money at the moment.

Oops, nevermind. Was just using WinISD and I wouldn't have to add all that much length if I opened the port up to around 275-300" of inches. Would be a little tougher, but defnitiely doable.
Anybody have any suggestions as to much how much port area I should go for?

This was my second attempt at a wall. Still have a lot to learn I guess. Thanks for the help VegaS10, when I do my rebuild, I'll use your suggestions.
Now if only I had a Termlab...
