After making enough of them, this next season I'm buying them (if I end up using them at all). Not worth almost burning down the garage...
...and not to make an ad out of this, but Jordy is great for 6" aero's. I know Justin W. got his Jordy, and Jordy took care of everything like a champ. That's where I'd get 'em from... but that's me.

Hey what is the material thickness on these ports, just wondering becuase I deal with vacuum formed plastic all day every day and honestly it should be pretty cheap to do the tooling for a wood prototype and to make a few parts off of said tooling.
