Ah cool cool, nice pics. I think I've seen that install a couple times around this forum before.

UPdate on the build: Attached but did not fiberglass baffle to box, put in 2 5/8" rods from baffle to back of the box, used some expanding foam for under the box where the baffle connects to the fiberglass, and put subs in box and half prepared them for install. I can fiberglass the baffle and port in tomorrow, and MAYBE be close to finishing.

OK you hoes, here are a couple more pics for ya'll. It's not very good lookin', a little rugged, but when I'm done it'll look better.

And the subs are in the box because I need to mount them inverted, and there's no other way to get them in. They are going to be the bottom 2 subs, that is why there are a couple MDF rings. I need the rings because the box is so close to the back of the car, the motor would hit without the rings.

I know I know, there's no way to take them out if they blow or if I want different subs, but I'll think about that later. I've got a couple good ideas now for taking them out, but I'll worry about that if / when it happends.

lol Let's hope so! I think I'm gonna finish the box to be strong as hell, but look 'rugged.' If I get more time later, then I'll make her look pretty.

If all goes well tomorrow, then I MIGHT be wrapping it all up at night. But more than likely, I'll be finishing in the next 2-3 days. I'm wanting to see some results also. I think I'll be happy with pretty much any numbers just because I know I worked my a$$ off on this beast.
Any guesses on numbers?

We're experiencing a short rain delay. I don't have any garage or anything to use so I'm gonna have to wait out the rain. It's supposed to be gone in the next hour.

Damn you rain!!!
I Guess I'll go ahead and cut my port. . .

Nevermind about that rain stopping. It's supposed to rain allll day long. Damn, and it's gonna be in the high 60's today. I might have to take a drive over to my ma's house and use the garage for a couple hours!

i was saying the same thing. i told him i know its going to be loud as heck on the outside of the car for sure. but like i told him i hope its louder than his last setup. he taking some good time and effort into this box. if it were my car id half wall it. because i dont care about back seats. when i had a car i never used them ne way.

So why shouldn't it be loud? This is more of just a project box anyways, I'm not hoping to be in the 50's, 60's or anything. I'm just wanting a fun project for my winter break before my new semester comes.
