Whelen is the way to go. If I were you, I would check them out on ebay. Whelen kits are a little cheaper there. Watch where you put them cause they run a little warm.http://www.rimindustries.com/

i am wanting some real small ones around 1"-2"x3"-4" and in blue or green...

canadian tire has some strobes. But I doubt you have many of those in usa
