LAy some dynamat on the top of the box and cut the symbol out then cover it with vynal. Cheap and easy way to get you some raised letters or symbols.
Hope you guys make it down to Thomasville Sunday for our DBDRAG!!!!

looks alot better ....i dont know about some of those cars having all them subs that close to the trunklid aimed up, must be total rattle-cans (from the outside) .......but sometimes you gotta do whatcha gotta do to get that many subs in a trunk.

For the most part, the guys down here WANT their trunks to rattle.
SQ/SPL is not an option around here. They just want the trunk to rattle. The usual customers around here think they 'don't do nothing' unless the decklid flops around like a fish out of water.
We always have someone asking about 'what's gunna rattle my ****?!"

Haha. I AM an authorized dealer, for all of my brands.

I would have made the chevy symbol out of some 1/8" material and 45'ed all the edges, used some good pliable vinyl and put it under the original vinyl layer.
Looks leaps and bounds better stealthy IMO.

The wrinkles in the vinyl on the chevy symbol and the thing in the center console with the cuts that came out too far i wouldnta' posted pics of....if i did that they would hammer me too so dont take it all personal damn.
Those two pics stood out for me too. I'm kinda picky and noticed those RIGHT away.

Sometimes you gotta take the bad with the good... But you can see from other, more recent installs, that things have changed. (namely, an employee, but I won't go dragging someone through the mud, or make excuses).
Wait until you see the finished Ford 500!
Appreciate the kind words and helpful advice!

Great looking stuff. I like to see threads like this. It's nice to see the style going around in a different area.
As far as the comments, a lot of people are experts at posting on a forum about car audio, not the car audio itself. Take it all with a grain of salt and keep on it. I appreciate the sharing of your work.

Check the picture of the wall. They are an awesome driver... with a high sensitivity, and a high power handling, it won't be too much longer before you see quite a few more of them around!
