i got 3 amps that are broke and i want to sell them. i just wanted to get everyones opinion on what they might be worth. i have an orion xtr800 and a planet audio 2500d, both of these amps are kinda old and dont work. i also have a black us amps 2000x that turns on and plays, then goes into protect whenever it feels like it. so what do you think they are worth? also what do you think a lanzar da-6 and 2) 15" kove armaggedon u's are worth? thanks for your time.

Well the black 2000X is worth at least $200 even if it doesn't work...those amps ou got are well worth the money for a repair, assuming the cosmetics are decent.
Post some pics.

I agree, send them all in for repair, its worth keeping all of them. Then if you decide to sell, you can get at least double your cash since they all work now. (provided they can be repaired)

Send the US in to tips...I think they have a cap of $160 or something...and you got a fixed 2000x. That amp is a beast. Then if you want you could sell it and get a lot more than selling it broken.
That orion is worth fixing too.

Talk with a local college and the engineering or electrical classroom instructors for maybe a person who can help you with this. Amp repair is easy, and cheap for those who can do it... $345 does sound costly, but I have only killed DEI amps and those boards are a dime a dozen anyways I suppose. So it might be inline considering the brand.

Considering that US Amps only charges 200.00 to repair the 2000X and that they sell on ebay for 5-800 depending on condition i would say that its worth the trouble

If he's still around, look-up Jarfunkz here on Termpro. He has fixed amps for members before and has walked me through some tweaks for my AudioArt 340.6 (needed Molex connectors + bullets, but no-one has the 2x2 Molex connectors).
