I have a PB 12 (300 or 400 watt) in a sealed box behind my big screen (downstairs) and it does pretty good. I got it for pretty cheap, and its worked well for what I use it for. I would use it in my car but after I bought it, one of my buddies dropped a full can of beer (unopened) on it and cracked the cone. after reglueing it, it works good, looks like ****, but sounds great. I havent really heard much negative about the company, but I have heard that their bigger amps are worth it..just my 2 cents.

i've heard nothing but great things about their xa3000d amps. they'll take just about any load you give them (i've head of successful .175 ohm burps) and push a ton of wattage.... but it'll eat 300+ amp fuses when wired at/under .5 ohms.

I say some of the best for the money...crazy cheap on e-bay . I have installed countless sets and the customers love them . Good midbass and tweeter . Woofers are nice also . The amps are very nice too . They're a good company with nice products at a great price .

Is Powerbase the same thing as Powerbass? I've got a set of PowerbasS XA-3000D's, but I have seen a few products with PowerbasE marked on them.

And just to let ya'll know, I love these amps.
