ok in my car now i have 2 sets of orion p6.2's

one set in custom kicks and another set in the doors.

now my question is since im going to be putting 2 sets in the doors im going to rebuild my kicks...

so which 8's would be best in the kicks?

i havent used thte DEI's but I have used the SS8's and they are absolutely amazing!

And both are pretty weak for 8" midbasses.

i enjoy my 6.5's in my kicks so why not 8"s?

once more not just because please tell me why.

also i have no subs as i do SPL and it takes all my space, so i wanted even more front stage (really only stage i have..lol) then what i want now.

The Qts of those 8s are extremely high along with a large Vas, and they are designed to work IB. Putting them in the kicks will choke them pretty bad...and you are already going to be pushing it for a lot of uotput anyways.

I would do- the 2 6.5s in the door with some 6.5s in the kicks.

Or, dual 8s in the door and the 6.5s in the kicks.

ok i have 3 sets of p6.2's

i can put 2 in the doors and just rebuild the kicks ( want to make them look better this time around)

so your saying stay away from the 8's (i cant fit 2 in the doors) and just use 3 sets of 6.5's?

Yeah, if you can't fit the dual 8s (which would be pretty badassed), I would do the 3 6.5s...

Can you get 3 6.5s in each door? And still do one in the kicks?

That would be dumb loud.

and i cant reinforce them due to rules.

you can't re enforce the door but you can do build outs and be legal and just attach them to the doors (i have done this in both my street points chaser and my street max car)
