I really dont think it's a BOSE system in a navi, maybe a amplified system, but not bose.
I assume you're adding a 4 channel amp and a sub amp? You'll need to use some high-low convertors. Pull the deck out the dash and you'll see a bundle of wires right behind it, attatched to the back panel going vertically. Those are the wires going to/from the amp. The speakers are in twisted pairs using standard old Ford colors.

If it does have the premium stereo. The radio itsself is already putting out a low level signal in the wires to the amp. You can just tap into them and splice on a set of RCAs.

Owner said it was a bose system but I've never even seen the vehicle. He has a set of Focal Coaxials (rear passenger doors I assume) and a seperates set for the front doors. Two amps, one for the highs and the other for two Focal 10's.
