I have 3 or the 225s and the one Concept. I also have a Denon Class A 5ch. All of it's goin in my 86 Cutlass Salon One of my all time favorite HUs was my Alpine 7618. . I thought I was the man .. lol The display was dot matrix and scrolled the features across the screen. And, I can't leave out my old Clarion Pro Audio DRX9175 . . forgive me if that's a little off. .I think that's it though. . Things are definately not like they used to be. Everything has to change. . But do you know how may debates I get into with these kids about Soundstream, Orion, PPI, ADS, Lanzar and so on. .. None of these items are what they used to be. . They have to change with demand(which is why they went broke) but keep the heritage and don't just use the name as a false badge . . .

Basicly every single piece of equipment in my car can be called oldschool (a Alpine mp3 capable 6 disk changer are an exception)
Steering wheel with Remotecontrol from Momo/Alpine
HU= Alpine CDA-7939R (ran a CDA-7969R for a while, got it replaced on warranty by another one (both demoed) wich didnt work, and are now waiting on a refurbished CDA-7939R wich the Alpine importer offered me instead of the 7969R wich he didnt have more replacements for)
Prosessors = 2 pcs Alpine PRA-H400
Mids and Highs= Macrom 56.13
Midbass = Macrom 224W Integra (8,5")
Subass = Rockford Fosgate RFR 2215 (15" Punch Power DVC)
Amps = RF 2 pcs 400x4, a 200IX and a 500M All of them was scratched up so i decided on doing someting about their looks.
Beadblasted and polishing the top of the ribs and the end pieces (picks shows current progress
