looks like it was a nice time. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it since I had some prior obligations I needed to take care of, like food shopping for the week and knocking down a wall so I could get a water heater replaced at my home, but hopefully matt will get some more sunday shows set up so that people like myself, terry and anyone else who has to work saturdays, can also enjoy coming out. Earlier this morning, I got a bitchy e-mail from matt sayin that I was full of crap and cheap by not making it to this show, and yes, I am one to talk, by complaining that there's never a sunday show so from my standpoint, I can't make it to saturday shows since I dont get off work till 5pm, and then when there is a sunday show, I don't go to it. My issue is that the car i plan to bring out isn't ready yet. I know that I need come come out w/it soon so I can start having fun and enjoying myself and what has become a soon to be, awesome sight to see, but untill I am ready to do that and plan it ahead and have an ample time to get out that direction, it doesnt matter if its a monday show, I still won't drive up there to just waste good time I can use doing stuff in my home town. it would also be nice to have shows in VA but the chances of that happening, I just don't see. I hope I havent come out to be a f-in jerk to some of you, and if I have, my wording just sucks. As for the behind the scenes, I'll deal w/that myself. I hope to see all of ya'll this 2010 season, and if not, I'll let ya'll know why if I switch over to say, meca or NSPL. Thanks!!

There will be more sunday shows i am working on finding more locations both north and south of maryland if anybody knows of some shops that will do then send me the contact info.

Nah, still waiting on that. I go but I don't pay. I don't pay b/c I have termlab at home, mostly b/c I like to blow my stuff up before I even get to the lanes, BUT that all will change in time to come.....HOWEVER steve, please don't make your lifetime any shorter....I need someone to enjoy the work that is into this car. I think you'll like it. But did you be into db drag back in 1996?

yea I was told later on this evening that you are working on more sundays at that location due to much foot traffic and location was nice. I'm not sure what the deal is w/us audio, but I have heard that he doesnt like to do shows sundays as its not a normal working day, more of a family day. However, I agree w/that b/c I am off sunday, but that also can hurt others like myself that can eithe rgo during the week- not a friday though, and sunday. i look inot MECA and NSPL, and they really dont have the format I like. i want to do some head to head action and if I lose, I had fun doing that. I have much work ahead of me but thats ok, in the end, the result will be fantastic!

Its quite possible, however, if the car doesnt have anything in it, then nah, I won't be up there. But since I just got the cap back, got the glue in yesterday, then tested the glue all day yesterday while getting breakfast/lunches in gear for the next week, means I can get to the parts car, rebuild the dash that was destroyed thanks to thieves, and work on the alarm/ other insider things. BUT the best part is that the cap is DONE! Its only taken about 8months to get that silly but one of the most important parts of the whole project done. From what I understand, I'll be glueing the cap on after work today. I still would like to have some lettering made for the cone itself, but till that speakers in the f-in car, I'm not worried about it. If you knew monica, you knew her tattoo, thats what counts. I still plan to get a piece of plexi for a couple of things. AND I gotta get ahold of mr. lester for some info on lighting transformers. overall, As long as I see the post on here a couple of week advance, I'm pretty sure I'll be there

you should bring the car so we can see the progress, a number isnt everything, we would really like to see how it looks. Hell you might even get some pointers on what you need to finish the build.And remember the build is supposed to be the fun part.......

ya know what steve, thats a good point. I didnt actually look at it that way. I kept looking at it as bring the car out when its finished so people can stare and enjoy. But yea, that whole pointer thing was a good catch. I just glued down the dustcap last night and so far so good. Im going to start bring it into work this next week and start doing some of the wiring and get a new alarm put into it, and maybe some other security measures that won't be discussed. But anyhow, i heard there was a show at pulse audio on saturday, but its on a saturday so hopefully matt will set something up for a sunday and give ample time for me to get down the road. Oh and steve, if you recieve pix mail by phone, LMK, I can send you some photo's liek I do w/brian.
