And the problem with the competitor rep is if he deems something not worthy it will never see light even if it is a really great idea. Wayne should be more active like he was before, he didnt need a rep then and he doesnt need one now. Hell there are less people to be heard now than before

You provide an example and then in the next post admit the example is flawed, why go forth with something already proving to fail.

If it does go forward it should be someone that people vote for, not someone who was the first to raise their hand. If it ends up the same person then great.

If you reread my second post. The remark regarding a system that is flawed was in reference to our government.

I really dont think a representative system in dbdrag will be subject to the same corruption lobbysts spending millions has had on Washington.

The comment about that system being currently flawed was to set aside any offhand comments people may have had regarding my govermental reference to a representative system.

Great, none of that changes the fact that it will be one persons opinion on what should be taken to Wayne, that itself is flawed. Regardless of how great you feel you are to this sport you might not feel the same way as the majority and you decision to go or not to go to wayne with ideas could unfairly be effected by that.

Vote for a committee, more than one person and go from there. One rep fixes nothing it will just be an extended puppet.

I for one feel that there needs to be someone or maybe even a few people to be between the competitors and wayne! I am sure there are plenty of people that understand that ultimaty Db Drag is a buisness!! I know this is also a sport but some one has to be incharge and run it like a buisness or it will eventaly fail!! more and more people are not listening to what is realy being said here! I stand behind neil in his efforts to make inprovements to the current system. this thought process is in effort to resole the number one problem that keeps getting over looked which is public relations.if some thing is not done soon then all of the past years of DB drag will have been for nothing if this sport does not continue on? from what I have seen the issue seems to be that many people have suggestions or ideas on how to resolve issues in there classes. How ever most people have felt like they where talking to a brick wall. most people would just like the curticy to get any type of responce from someone Example. (we have had several people concerernd about the rules in differant classes on things like window tint on the front winsheild how can that be allowed by some judes in South America and then not be allowed in the USA?) ultimatly all the judes and Wayne must be on the same page as far as understanding the current rules. This would be a great place to start. A few other things would be to have rules ready for any season ready at the begining of the season! and possiable a finals location to boot! Now back to the start of this post Wayne needs to run this as any buisness he has way to many things to have his hands completely in everything! he needs to deligate jobs to trust wurthy people to address some of the samller issues and report to him. then he can make better and faster dicisions on what needs to be done. jsut look around at your work and tell me do you run to your bosses boss before you talk to your boss? I bet not!

Here is a suggestion. A true trunk class......limits on amp power (clamed not rated) no more than two subs and all equipment behind a working back seat.

I see that no one wants to coment on my post? here is a prime example of why I feel the way that I do and why this should be corrected soon! this is copied from a post in the Bass RAce Section! I would like to see DB Drag go on forever but if this type this keeps going on the people will not want to compete anymore?

"At a small local 1x Bass Race event today the judges tried to make my brother change his class cause there wasn't at least 4 people in that Bass Race class. They said this was an official Bass Race rule. Has anyone else ever heard of this?"
