I wish someone would have taken a pic of my car, it was open all weekend and so far I havent seen one pic. The judges told me that taping where the baffel and the headliner meet cant go forward of the b piller. That was the only thing I had to change in the judging process and I lost some there I know from presure leaking over the top of the baffel. My baffel goes like a half inch from the b piller so that is the only place i could attach tape to hold the head liner up. Every burp it would break in the fold. I had like ten layers of tape and it still broke in the fold........

@ Dieter I here wat ya say and i agree with it i never sead i didnt what im saying is i know of stuff personaly and im not trying to sart **** what im saying is yes i agree with what they sead in the other post it is not good for this to happen like this Yes.
but what we need to do is look at the rules and stop our foots down to make sure every one crosses there t and dots there I`s.
there are way to many loop holes in the rules and im agreeing with ya not trying to call any one out or saying that this guy is doing this or that.
im happy for the guys this yr that went threw the checking of there cars and nothing was found cool this is the way it should be but the guys that are doing the cheeting you know who ya are next yr things will be diffrent trust me on this.
so on that note im on your side not agenst ya read what im saying and think befor ya speak i never sead any ones names.

I find your attitude disgusting, and honestly have lost a lot of respect for you.
You seem to believe that you are better than everyone else and people in the US dont work nearly as hard as you do to get their score.
I dont see you importing a crx and proving all of us wrong. If it is as simple as you claim why dont you import a crx and show us how great you believe you are?

If you pay it, I will do it What frequenzy CRX plays?
But Old/School is right, we lost the focus of the problem, and this are the rules! If they want to make a exact judging, the must make exact rules. ...but everytime you hear different statements from the judges

Point is that your loud because you have a little sh!t can of a car that helps you get loud. The same holds true for the people that have Crx's here in the US. Other cars can get loud too, but they are not the freaks of nature like the Panda, Marbella, and Crx. I agree with Jimmy that they all should be axed from competition use.
If Pandas and Crx's get Axed from competiton then the next common loudest vehicles will get axed then you'll have nothing but a repeating process until the only cars used would be old 70's model Caddilacs and Lincolns, lol.

I sead this before.Every yr after finals this crying over crx and pandas comes up they just happen to have a car that is louder then any other cars over there and over here you have crx's.I bet you see more crx's at finals than any other cars or suv's in the United States.

Actually he "only" did a 157.4 with 2 x 12" after waiting for more than 10 minutes in the lane for the other competitor to finish rebuilding it in the lane, so we were pretty sure he could have matched Team Customs Dale 157.5 that he set in the qualifications.
Still we know that both "our" CRX and Team Customs have got some work behind it.
And the fact that you don't have tons of different models to choose different interior from and the way the car is designed, makes it bit inferior matched with a square tin can where spare parts are the same price as a pack of cigarets.

The Panda is not so louder than a CRX...PERIOD! It's all test test test test...
Im sorry Thanosdbfan but I strongly disagree, being that I have the loudest Crx in the history of DB Drag. St A 157,2(2007) StB 157,9(2007) and St C 158,7(2009) how did I achieve those numbers? test, test, test, and test! The current highest Panda St.A score is 2.8db off my best score including Mike Hughes,Panda's St B. score is 3.5 db from my Crx, and the Panda's St C score is only 1.8 off....... St C Crx's have more room for equipment etc, more cone area is probably the reason for the smallest gap between street scores.
So what are you trying to say that I don't test right? lazy? what is it?

I guarantee any proven Street veterain with a panda could easily be doing with in 1.5db of the loudest panda with minimal testing in any class. If Brazil did it with in one season then I think we could do it with almost a decade of experience. lol
I don't think we'd truly catch europe cuz we won't have the ability to swap out parts and try different seats and doors and what not.
Either way I don't know why this is even still an argument anymore. Who really cares what europe does with a panda. Pandas are louder then crx's, who cares. We've got bigger problems then the panda crx argument. We can't even support our own finals with the vehicles that are already available in the states. So we shouldn't be talking smack until we figure out how to fix the current problem of saving Drag. Posts: 1770 | From: elgin | Registered: Jan 2003

My amps are 4 years old but that doesn't mean that I'll catch Pandas by switching amps. Top St A Panda and Crx are using same amp? Cactus elite12k? and of course DD.
My Crx is pretty much maxed out,my top street A score is 156,7 B-157.7 and C 158.7 I've changed my windshield lately and my scores tanked! didn't affect my street A and B score much but my C score fell. It might have something to do with vehicle's compression points, so I have some design changes to make and as for now I'm building for Meca and NSPL.
