Well we made it home ,had a great time meeting some folks ,way to "Master Yoda" ,congrads to team nemisis, congrads walt , and also thanks for a great show allison and tim brown, Also good to see you cinda, spent time in the spl area helping out and charging batteries ........one day ill get loud ..................great job to all others sanctions it was for the kids .

Thank you to everyone for showing and supporting thie awesome cause. As my speech read, Greg would be proud. He is smiling down on us right now giving a big thumbs up. Everyone was awesome. We had some great competitions and some great games. I hope everyone had fun and we hope to be a lot bigger next year. Hope everyone made it home safe. We are wiped and ready to spend the day recooping. I will be getting pics of everything in the next couple. of days. If anyone has any pics, feel free to post them. Again thanks.

well after a long weekend and a ton of excitment!! I fianly mad it home last night!!
after everything that happened I had a great time at the show and hope to me returning next year!!
so here is how the weekend went:
Left Sumter SC 5:00am to get to the show. Pulled into the show and in to the SPL parking area and as I went over the curb I my muffler got ripped off! so I had to drive to the nearest town to put a new one one in the advance auto parts parking lot LOL. So after the show we drove to agusta to get my understanding wife a new Chorki dog? what ever that is?? so after that sunday we where on the way home and just outside of columbia about 80 miles from home the fan on the water pump flew off and went right through the radiator!! so I had to have a freind bring me some new arts and I had to replace the water pump and radiator at a truck stop in order to be able to make it home!! but it was still a good show and lookforward to the next one!!

Thanks to everyone who came out. It was great seeing you all. And Skip - You DID make it - awesome !!!!! Master Yoda - sorry you had so many complications.
All in all it was a good show - many kids will have toys this Christmas - because of your support. And yes, Greg would be proud.
The show has been bigger in the past - but with the economy being as it is and the weather being so sucky leading up to the show - it was still a good turnout.
Again a huge thank you to everyone. Alison & Tim - there are no words to express my respect for you two - you both are genuine!! I love you. You guys started this 4 years ago & have stuck with it. Thank You for remembering Greg, and remembering what he stood for.
Thanks to Ray, Kelly, Brooks, Milton, Anthony, Jonathon, Kirk, Justin, Carlos, Tasha, Carol, Ben, Ricky, Moe, & the many, many more volunteers who gave of there time & themselves to help the show happen. No need for the thanks. We do it because we love Greg and still stand for what he stood for when we were traveling the circuit together. As far as remembering him. Not a problem, we can never forget him. The Welch family will never be forgotten in the Brown family house. We still do not feel like we really did anything to deserve the spirit award. We are thankful to have been thought worthy of it and we humbly accept it. But, we are only doing what we always do. We are providing a place for others to play. As far as the memorial show, as long as the funds are there we will continue to put on this show every year. Greg would do the same if he were still alive. Greg taught us so much in the short time we had with him. We carry those teachings with us all the time. First and foremost, put God at the front of our lives, love our family, help others, and never I mean never make a new competitor feel unwelcome or unwanted. Put yourself out there for the ones who need the help. Those are just a couple of things we learned from Greg. We do this show for everyone who knew him to remember how awesome he was and for those that never knew him to get a feel for what kind of person he was. It is out pleasure to do this show each year. We love you too, Cinda and again, thank you to each and every one of you who put other things aside and joined us for the great cause of the show. Greg and the children. Each and every one of you are a blessing.

Ok It has bee a crazy week, long hours at work and finally got to take out my box show ,i found a very big oops only one sub was hooked up,i guess that what i get for test fitting sub and being in a hurry with the time i had . well enjoyed the showed .
time to get back to work crazy hours again
Again thanks for the event maybe next year .
