It sounds like you are saying that if a subwoofer needs parts they can only be the original OEM parts and not be "equivalent replacement" as stated in the rules 5-6 and as explained byt the main man himself. If you were correct, maybe 50% of all subwoofers would be not commercially available including every subwoofer that uses your parts.
by the way, are you the manufacturer of said parts or do you simply buy parts like most everyone else?

the subs pictured above are not maxxsonics recones.
the motor and baskets are maxxsonics.
the recone was done by a team member with other commercially available parts.

so the glass guy came today and after 45 minutes of several bad words and throwing tools we had this. we have to do some clean up before we can put the new one it so maybe it will be in tomarrow.

Even though the parts are not commercially available due to tooling ownerships.... Its all good guys.... I am actually flattered to see my parts so sought after.... I will be proud if you do well with t3 parts.
