yes thats the only one possibility makes sense but hmm...... i´ve always thought u can not use a sub as quad coil. I remember exactly 3 - 4 years ago an austrian team in sinsheim had to change the wiring because of that. The judges told him that this wiring is not allowed by the rules.

who says he had quad coils

he uses 1 coil from each sub and straps a pair off amps on them

try think logical

3 subs = 6 coils

take 3 coils and strap 2 amps on it
now do this 2 times
voila

in fact the central sub is very stressed than other two!
this is a good configuration to go down with impedence!
so if the category is named 3-4 there is a logic!!
