Well u decide to go to audio thunder in toronto canada 2002,people say u need a birth certificate,dam i havent had that my entire life,so i have to take a day off to go 40 miles to the county i was born in,finally got that,havent seen my drivers license in awhile so i have to go get that too,25.00 for that,ok we have everything to go,leave 12'00 am thinking there is plenty of time,never been to canada before i have no idea what might happen crossing the border,we get to the border i see this big bridge,its not very busy at the border but we get this real old guy,he asks why are we going to canada we tell him a car show stereo comp,he says what do u have in the car i tell him at that time i had 2 subs and some extra amps,he says i have to go and register my car and equipment,i say why, he says because its the way it is done,i tell him i dont need to that i really dont have the time.so we get that settled get on our way go over the bridge,now winndsor can wasnt bad but as we drive out of there the roads look like ohio country roads ans arent marked very good,we get lost somewhere and drive the wrong way for about 1 hr before we turn around and go back and get on the right highway,i dont know what the km thing is there for speed but by that time in doing 90 95 miles an hr,o yeah dont ever trust mapquest,had us going downtown toronto,took us 9 hrs to get there and we are still not at the comp yet,then we ask they say its over at the airport which is miles away.so we get away from downtown and start driving towards the jets coming in cause it has to be an airport there somewhere,then we find out we are by an airport but we are on the wrong side of it,finally i start driving and we see some cars outside a building and its the dbdrag comp.we think things are looking up,we see a guy with a walkie talkie and ask him if he can get ahold of someone putting on the comp,he gets ahold of a girl that says no it too late for signup,i say damm we drove from ohio 9 hrs got lost for nothing,finally she says if i had driven that far she will bring me a signup sheet and let us run,mind u its pouring down rain and all street cars are outside,2 day 3 pointer for u that dont remember,she comes down with the paper we get inside make brackets and then we r allowed to stay in building for next day eliminations,we have to get a motel room for the night and that night it started blowing snow as we went back to comp next day.finished 2nd in st 1-2,had to drive home real slow that night in the drifting snow,all in the name of a dbdragger,
