How many houses do you own? The old goat has seven but he didn't know. McCain thinks the economy is good and we are a nation of "whiners". Go ahead and vote for him, you and him have something in common.
Don't vote with your eyes, vote with your wallet.

Americans are dumb.

Gas was $2.50 a gallon the day before the dems won congress...now it's $4.00...I'll take $2.50 a gallon again and vote mccain.

well we can blame bush for the economy being that iraq has all of our money and has so much they dont know what to do with it and MCcain is the same way so if you want the economy to go from a recession into a depression be my guest vote for McCain afterall I guess McCain doesnt have much to really worry about being that he has 7 houses and yes bush has had a lot to do with the oil and september 11 didnt cause the oil to go up besides we have such a oil reserve why not use that like clinton did to make gas and energy more affordable and if we continue to go to war with people and stay in iraq prices will continue to go up and people will continue to be broke except for those who are very well off since they will be the ones who continue to get all of the tax breaks and Mccain will continue to do things the way they are with not much change at all since he feels there is really nothing wrong with the economy and we just need to watch our budget and not splurge

Tell the truth, you voted for Bush twice, didn't you?

BTW, do you know Palin's speech was written by a Bush speech writer?

This election just made me think on how people really think. Because some people are republicans they will always vote republican and same for the dems. The republicans failed, and have for the last 8 years ( and this was said in the big speech by mr.McCain). It dosent matter if Obama could solve all of America's problems, people will still vote McCain just because. Both have things in which people will not like but Obama has more things that I favor than Mc.Same. It's funny that Mc.Cain wanted to have a tax holiday when gas prices were really high knowing that it would hurt the highway fund. What came out yesterday you ask? Even WITHOUT the tax holiday the fed highway fund is almost depleated! This the same guy that to fire lobbist that were working for his campaing when he started. Factor in he wants to give a 8billion dollar tax cut to oil compnaies. Sure blast Obama for wanting to raise taxes on the 1% of Americans and oil compnaies. Last he wants to blast Obama on no experience when his VP pick dosen't have any at all. You are going to have both people on both sides. Some will never come over because they will always want to vote Dem or Rep, me I'm doing whats going to be best for my family. I've had enough of the rep failures. If Mc.Same were to get in office and fail as bush would people will still want to put another rep in office and say " well when he took office everything was really bad"

ps. i cant spell [Embarrassed] [Frown]

Obama will win by a landslide, just like i told some coworkers last year he will beat them all,If you watched both conventions you would notice protesters were abound at the republican convention in and out of the building little was said about it but it was seen because it was all live TV, I have voted republican the last two terms, there is no way I am giving them a shot this time around I don’t see McCain making it a four year term? So that would leave a lady that’s already under investigation for abuse of power in the Whitehouse?? No way!!

Anybody want to take a guess at how Nobama will fund all of his public programs? Couldn't be by raising taxes could it? He is a socialist pure and simple.

I don't care for either, but Obama is the much scarier of the 2 being elected.

And about them gas prices...glad to see someone mentioned Congress. What exactly have they done? Have they YET accomplished anything they champained on?

I fully agree... that you'll do that [Razz]

And if I were you, I wouldn't waste my gas money... Obama is going to win, regardless of what you or I think about him. he's just far more popular.

But, I still think he is better.

I don't mean to sound arrogant and condescending... but the only thing anyone voting for McCain has on him is that Omaba isn't effective in fighting against human rights, corruption, big business, and lobbyists.

In other words... if you're rich (well... rich AND too old to live to see the consequences of bad policy), McCain is your man. except for that... well... I think you see what I'm getting at [Wink]

but, I'm not rich. and I'm young. so... Obama is the obvious choice.
