When George Carlin was very young in his days before he became famous he worked for my grandfather at an apartment complex he ran. I'm not sure how long they worked together but many years later after George recorded his first album and made it big he sent my grandfather an autographed copy of his first album. It said "I told you, you just didn't get me hahaha. Thanks for the job Joseph." George Carlin. I still have the album tucked away somewhere safe.
He has always been my favorite comedian, he will be missed.....

Very Sad...I remember seeing him first in Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure. Have seen or at least heard him MANY MANY MANY times since then and I was may be one of few to watch his show in the mid 90's.
