Studies show that 25% of t-bone crashes reduced by those who run red lights, but 24% of rear end crashes increased because of it, is it worth it?

Ask my wife about the 50 dollar ticket she got ME for running a red ligth in Dallas. Her car is in my name so who did the tags run through as?

I just wish they got a picture of her gabbing on he rcell phone like I knwo she was [Mad]
