If you want clean power, and your **** not to blow up from underpowering as well as overpowering, then you buy a power conditioner, if you have cheap crap, you buy a $4 surge protector from wal-mart. retail on this one is $750, I imagine ebay has them for around $500 or so. There are others out their cheaper but I like a little peice of mind.
