do you guys always get the hot women on the left that you've never seen before in a town next to you?

I swear i've seen 500 diffrent HOT girls on the side and I've never seen anyone and the town next to us is SMALL

Buuuuttt.....

The website is loaded with these ads. The ads are already there. So there is some kind of javascript or some program that runs, finds my IP, sees where it's from, then inserts appropriate location? Notice that the pictures/names are the same ones rotated.....
