well - then rely on him to continually take friday the 13ths off work.

Heck - maybe he got up and ran into the day's worst bad luck. Maybe he stood up and slipped and fell - and in falling broke some furniture - and in breaking the furniture had a piece of it lodge in his body - and in lodging broke 3 ribs - and in breaking the ribs punctured a lung - and in...........well you get the idea. Or maybe he just wanted an excuse to get away from the shop for a bit.

Who knows.
