Well, I am no expert on pay rates, but let's consider these issues/ideas.

Joe Blow the installer at best buy can make 9/hr+
Joe Blow The installer at circut ****y makes ^

When you come up short on product, you get yelled at (ordering).

When you come up too much on product, your forced into a super sale situation, and get yelled at (ordering).

When you hire a **** , you get yelled at.

When you lose it one day and fire a perfectly good guy that you can't manage to replace for weeks, maybe months.. guess what? You get yelled at!

If sales drop, you get yelled at.

So YOURE the manager??? (says the angry customer eyeballing your neck!) - You GET yelled at, and possibly choked.

So basicly, whats it worth to be responsible for everything that goes on, and possibly be held physicaly accountable by an anrgy customer and his pitt bull?

Ask for 6 figures... if he says no, say sorry..
