the shop wasn't here six months ago. we opened our door officially in febuary. we are a small specialty shop, while there is no problem doing the 'head and four' install, our customer base is leaning more towards mid and high end custom work.

is anyone in the houston area interested in working for an excellent small retailer? the installer working at this location is leaving to work for a manufacturer, he is the second installer to do so in three months.
The shop is located in Pearland,texas.

Who was the installer that just left? What's the job to pay, and what semi-custom work would he be doing?
