HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! there's no money in Car Audio anymore, young potential installers know this....... having a nice career as a car audio installer is pretty much dead,unless if you are a die-hard with your own business. and usually a very talented entry level installer will work 9-5 for a big company AND try to do things on the side on their own instead of working for a car audio shop.
I wouldn't dare to hire someone I don't know personally,especially where my store is located. talent is not an issue but trust is.
