Post some pictures of installs and testimonials on the web and refer people to it (if you're not already doing this).
If Monroeville, PA isn't too far away, I think Audio Connections is there. There are a couple other shops there. New Kensington, PA has Butch's Sound Shack (Hi-end stuff - BA, Eclipse, and McIntosh), and there's another one in New Ken., they deal in Kicker, MTX, etc.
Also, check with BestBuy and Circuit City. They may not be where you want to stay for 10 years, but it'd get your feet in the door.
