I am looking for a lead installer in the Houston area. The shop will be located in the NW corner of Houston on Bingle Rd. approx. 2 miles from 290. Some of the many qualities I am looking for are: be responsible, capable of dealing with the public, clean, have excellant attendance and strong sense of humor, and bi-lingual would be an added plus. Previous shop experience is a must. Proof of experience will be required as well as any pictures of previous installs and prior work. Anyone with little to no experience may also apply for possiblities in the future. The position will be filled sometime between June and July. Anyone interested drop me an email DedicatedAudio@hotmail.com Thanks Scott Christensen

References being a must would probably be a good idea for you to require too...

What are you going to pay? I figure probably based on experience but any genreal idea. I'm not really interested, just figured some people would like to know. Also, wanna pay for me to move from K.C. to Houston. j/k

Yeah move down here so we both can ride around lost lol. As you said pay will be based upon experience. I am in the process of talking to a few shops around here to see how they handle it. Where I was in TN istallers made half their labor im doubting that is the way it is here.
Also since Terry spammed the hell out of this post i will be making another one soon.
Thanks Terry once again you caused me more work......

Whats the pay? How long have you been in business? Are you looking for just an installer or install manager? Does your shop do much custom work or just a lot of deck and 2's? Info about your shop would be helpfull.
Thanks

If you pay moving expenses, and provide a place to live I'll come work. Don't know if I could put up with Terry and Scott together though. Might be kinda scary for all of us to be together.
